BUILD MUSCLE & STRENGTH
This would involve traditional explosive movements: heavy weight training, static and dynamic movements, sprinting short distance. Structuring a strength program to expand the size myofibrils (muscles) resulting in a bigger stronger physique, and also building more explosive and quicker muscle response. Limiting the number of set and reps is important when trying to build a very muscular physique. Too many individuals are over training destroying and breaking down muscle fiber constantly. Not giving myofibrils (muscle) time to regenerate or rebuild. When trying to build muscle mass stimulating muscle tissue is the most important. Over training will annihilates muscle fiber, and will handicap muscle growth. Synthesis of muscle tissue at this point is not possible the three key components needed are rest, nutrition, and exercise.
Let’s face it we all want an aesthetic pleasing physique; without the three key components obtaining an aesthetic figure will be very difficult. Most individual when exercising just go into the gym and do an immense amount of exercises not giving a second thought to what or why they are training in such a manor. Determine what your goals are and designing a workout program is very important, so your health objective and the aesthetic physique one desires can be attained in a reasonable amount of time.
